You MUST complete the vendor form below in order to participate in our event as required by the facility.

There will be no use or selling of the following:

- alcohol

- drugs, smoking, vaping, THC or CBD products

- products that go against the church's beliefs or views

- No inappropriate music or items

- No refunds for vendor fee once payment is secured
